The Officer from DBKL Licenses Department said just show up the photo MAKLUMAN of SYSTEM ERROR to those Dbkl Penguatkuasa when they come to make troubles! And he said they Cannot Grab (Rampas) Local Nation stuff!
So when this Dbkl Penguatkuasa Officer who told me I don't need license if i only carry a Troley box movd around sell things few months ago! He came again lastnight & said he is the BOSS!!! (He said who say he cannot Grab Warga Negara business stuff! They're against the Dbkl Licenses department!) And he doesn't care what the Licenses Department Operation!!! So his staff issued a 2k Saman for me without Warning & Before the Rules of E-license of "Penjaja Beredar" Starting OPERATE on 1st April 2026 after they Stopped it for many years! FUCK UP ALL THIS SHIT!!!
