I never try Beyond Meat yet I don't know!

I can't imagine how Westerners eat only Meat so much everyday without Rice?!?? The Stomach how to digest all of those heavy Cholesterol and hard Fat from it?!?

That's why you guys need Coca-cola to digest the tough Meat🍖!!! 以毒攻毒!!!

I don't like Coke! Am diabetes! Don't killing me! I drink plain ice water, juices, coffee & tea is enough!!!

I think with Rice is easier to feel full! 

Normally I just eat like this for my daily lunch = Karbohidrat + Proteins + Fiber + Vitamin (Carrots & Tomatoes 🍅 & fruits 🍊🍌🍎)
