Now i finally got the answer Why i don't need Medicine when i was travelling in Himalaya Mountains...
It's bcoz I was walking and hiking everyday under the warmth Sun in the cozy weather!
My glucose level was coming down to 8.3' after i ate a big plate of White rice with oily spicy Vegan stir chicken n vege. And drink a glass of cold Pepsi n a cup of 3 in 1 brown sugar white coffee yesterday. I even ate big bowl of instant noodles last few days!
It's bcoz i was busy to move my living place to the 3rd floor & 2nd floor room without lift within this two weeks & i hv to walked up n down everyday to buy Vegetables n drinking water.
The last two times when my glucose level reduced to 4' degree were the period i was living in the Shoplot upstair 3rd level & Not doing any tention busy works!
So 1st n best solution to cure my Diabetes is PHYSICAL EXERCISE!!!
For lower the Blood Pressure is to reduce the SALTY from daily meals!
And for reduce Cholesterol is to eat more Vegetables & Fibre & drink Green tea or Lemon lime juice!
Ya...my next Reading is a "Mission Impossible"!!! I am thinking how to connect with him in reality life & talk in face to face!
But this time onward i have to collect payment n doing my donation charity works at first!

I am heavy diabetes genetic. I do only half day works since 2012! My body can't bear working too long hours everyday anymore!
And I won't work for any companies anymore! I teach privately is enough
