As a Spiritual Practitioner...

1st, We have to keep sincerity Whole Lifetime PLANTS BASED DIET VEGANISM or INDIAN VEGETARIAN (NO EGGS) for the first Precept of AHIMSA  (No harmful to other innocent sentient beings)

FIVE PRECEPTS   (Wikipedia)

The Five precepts (Sanskrit: pañcaśīla; Pali: pañcasīla) or five rules of training (Sanskrit: pañcaśikṣapada; Pali: pañcasikkhapada)[note 1]  is the most important system of morality for Buddhist lay people. They constitute the basic code of ethics to be respected by lay followers of Buddhism.

2nd, We have to try our best to keep the rules of Spiritual Practitioners FIVE MORALITY PRECEPTS :

1. AHIMSA  |  COMPASSIONATE MERCY TO OTHER INNOCENT SENTIENT BEINGS  : NOT KILLING & EATING ANY INNOCENT ANIMALS BLOODY DEAD BODIES.

The first precept consists of a prohibition of killing, both humans and all animals.

Undertaking and upholding the five precepts is based on the principle of non-harming (Pāli and Sanskrit: ahiṃsa). The Pali Canon recommends one to compare oneself with others, and on the basis of that, not to hurt others. 

Compassion and a belief in karmic retribution form the foundation of the precepts. Undertaking the five precepts is part of regular lay devotional practice, both at home and at the local temple. 

However, the extent to which people keep them differs per region and time. People keep them with an intention to develop themselves, but also out of fear of a bad rebirth.

2. INTEGRITY BEHAVIOR  :  NO STEALING, NO ROBBING, NO CHEATING, NO FRAUD & NO CORRUPTION!

The second precept prohibits theft and related activities such as fraud & forgery.

3. LOYALTY TO RELATIONSHIP & LIFE PARTNER  : DO NOT DOING DIRTY BAD MISCONDUCT SEXUALITY BEHAVIOR & NOT CHEATING  BETRAYAL THE SPOUSE. AND ONE TIME ONLY ONE RELATIONSHIP ESPECIALLY HUSBAND & WIFE. 

The third precept refers to adultery in all its forms, and has been defined by modern teachers with terms such as sexual responsibility and long-term commitment.

4. MINDFULNESS & HONESTY SPEAK THE TRUTH  : NO LYING, NO CHEATING, NO GOSSIPING RUMOURS & OTHERS PERSONAL BUSINESS, NO TALKING NONSENSE RUBBISH STUFF.

The fourth precept involves falsehood spoken or committed to by action, as well as malicious speech, harsh speech and gossip.

5.  HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, AWARENESS MIND & POSITIVE MENTALITY  :  DO NOT TAKEN ANY HEAVY BAD ENERGY MIND POISONOUS INTOXICATION THROUGH DRUGS and ALCOHOLIC & NO SMOKING too! 

The fifth precept prohibits intoxication through alcohol, drugs, or other means. Early Buddhist Texts nearly always condemn alcohol, and so do Chinese Buddhist post-canonical texts. Smoking is also included here.

The precepts are commitments to abstain from killing living beings, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying and intoxication. Within the Buddhist doctrine, they are meant to develop mind and character to make progress on the path to enlightenment.

They are sometimes referred to as the Śrāvakayāna precepts in the Mahāyāna tradition, contrasting them with the bodhisattva precepts. 

The five precepts form the basis of several parts of Buddhist doctrine, both lay and monastic. With regard to their fundamental role in Buddhist ethics, they have been compared with the ten commandments in Abrahamic religions or the ethical codes of Confucianism. 

The precepts have been connected with utilitarianist, deontological and virtue approaches to ethics, though by 2017, such categorization by western terminology had mostly been abandoned by scholars. The precepts have been compared with human rights because of their universal nature, and some scholars argue they can complement the concept of human rights.

3rd, We have to MEDITATION everyday 2-3 hours whenever we're free!  This is only for those fully Initiated Saintly Spiritual Practitioners Disciples!

If you wanna teach others even just very basic Convenient Method or the Regular Practice of Hamsa Meditation which just for beginners to learn Meditation 30minutes to 1 hour a day! Then you have to Meditate at least 4-5 hours daily because of Sharing others messy negative Energy & bad Karma from their ignorance bad habits!

But for the SPIRITUAL MASTER that give INITIATED to those ignorance and stubborn disciples and taken all their Past  life Karma normally have to Meditate more than 8 to 10 hours per day or even 12 to 24 hours!

4th, We have to listen, read and follow the Positive Wisdom High Thinking NOBLE Teaching from the Enlightened Masters or any good religious Scriptures. 

The five precepts were common to the religious milieu of 6th-century BCE India, but the Buddha's focus on awareness through the fifth precept was unique. 

As shown in Early Buddhist Texts, the precepts grew to be more important, and finally became a condition for membership of the Buddhist religion. 

5th, We should not BOW and Worship to any person out there especially DO NOT WORSHIP ANY DEAD GHOST DEMON including own Family members & Ancestors after INITIATED! 

That will be lower own Spiritual level and give power to the ghost!
