You know what... After I 15 years old became a YOGI my Daily routine was busy Study or Work in the day time & Night time if I not do Meditation for 2-3hours then I must busy for Night Class either go for Dinner Bookshop Cinema Movie & Groceries buy Vegetables foods all ALONE! Same as my Weekend Off Day too!!! Very Simple! I drive in Penang Island! There have No MRT No Choice!
